I TEACH, THEY CREATE
I see the project's framework as a professional internship at the Creative Office of the Naale Elite Academy. I teach students to accomplish industry-level assignments so they learn to produce industry-level quality products, creating real value both for Naale and for themselves.
I ASSIST, THEY ACCOMPLISH
While reaching the intended commercial goals remains the priority, I strive to make the program as enjoyable and interesting as possible for my students. I aim to make the theory as practical and accessible, and to optimize work processes so that, at the end of the day, everyone involved feels satisfied and inspired by the new possibilities and perspectives they have gained. Fun fact: I once wrote a whole textbook for that exact goal.

While it would be an exaggeration to call the project "nationwide," we operate in more than ten youth villages across Israel and have created dozens of high-quality advertising content. I feel very proud when I hear positive reviews from course graduates, colleagues, and, of course, when I see the results of our efforts.
